Writing to the desk
Say when you'd like to come and how many of you there are. If you have a room in mind, name the side of the house.
Replies go out in English, German or Italian. Romansh too, if you want to test the night porter.
After eleven
The front door locks at 23:00. Your key card opens it. Arriving late? Phone ahead and the night porter waits up.
